All orders are shipped via Courier Center within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days depending on the destination.

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the courier or external factors (e.g. weather, strikes).

Store Pick-Up Policy

You can choose free pick-up from our store in Athens during checkout.
Once your order is ready, you will receive an email confirmation.

Orders remain available for pick-up for up to 5 business days after notification.
